To augment our dedicated full time faculty and respond to enrollment demands, we are currently seeking a qualified ADJUNCT FACULTY to teach School Building Leader courses for the Rural Leadership Pipeline Program through ONC BOCES. The courses include the following:
- Supervision of Teaching and Learning, EDA 510 scheduled for Spring 2024 via zoom.
- Curriculum Leadership for Equity, EDA 503 - scheduled for Fall 2023 via zoom.
- Culturally Responsive Leadership, EDA 590 - scheduled for Spring 2024 via zoom.

Job Requirements:
To qualify as an ADJUNCT FACULTY the successful applicant must possess:
- School Building Leader, School District Leader, and/or School District Business Leader certifications
- Previous experience teaching at the collegiate level or demonstrated successful school or school/district leadership
Additional Information:
The College continuously recruits for applicants interested in Adjunct Faculty positions. Vacancies are determined on a semester by semester basis, and may or may not be available for the current academic semester. Applicants will receive an initial confirmation email upon receipt of their credentials; however, applicants will only be contacted by the Department Chair as vacancies arise. We regret not all inquiries can be personally acknowledged past this initial confirmation.
Union membership is required: SEIU (Service Employees International United) Local 200.
Compensation includes a competitive stipend, paid incrementally during the semester. After one semester of service, Adjuncts are eligible for a 50% tuition scholarship (waiver) for undergraduate and/or graduate courses on a maximum of six credit hours per semester (not to exceed the value of three credit hours). Tuition waiver can be used during the semester in which the Adjunct teaches or during the following semester. Additionally, use of the College Fitness Center, Campus Store discounts, business partners discounts and the eligibility to make pre-tax contributions to a Supplemental Retirement Account with TIAA.

Exceptions to the prior prohibitions may be made in circumstances where the College, in its discretion and on a case-by-case basis, decides to provide visa sponsorship for certain staff positions. The College retains the right to make decisions about visa sponsorship that support the College's business and academic needs, including providing visa sponsorship for only certain academic titles. Visa sponsorships are based solely on the needs of the College and at the sole discretion of the College.
The College of Saint Rose participates in E-Verify. If hired, we will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. If E-Verify cannot confirm that you are authorized to work, the College is required to give you written instructions and an opportunity to contact Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Social Security Administration (SSA) so you can begin to resolve the issue before the College can take any action against you, including terminating your employment. Employers can only use E-Verify once you have accepted a job offer and completed the Form I-9.
The College of Saint Rose is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and secure environment for the entire college community and upon request, will provide its annual security report. This report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the College, and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.
