Responsibilities:

The School of Management at New York Institute of Technology, LI and NYC, is looking for adjunct faculty to teach Information Systems and Information Technology Risk Management courses at the graduate level at its Long Island (Old Westbury) and NYC campuses.


Qualifications:

Candidates need to have a M.S., MBA, or Ph.D. degree in Information Systems, Management, Computer Science or related field with a strong history of progressive responsibility from a managerial perspective. ABD candidates will also be considered.

Expertise in business impact analysis and systems integration and cloud-based solutions are desirable.


Teaching experience is preferred, as well as experience with Zoom/online teaching and the use of Learning Management Systems such as Canvas.

New York Tech considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate experience/expertise, education/training, key skills, geographic location, internal peer equity as well as market, organizational considerations and/or applicable collective bargaining agreement when extending an offer. Adjunct Faculty offered hourly rate is contingent on applicable rank.
Minimum Salary: USD $93.00/Hr. Maximum Salary: USD $102.00/Hr.
