We are currently in search of a passionate professor for an online graduate level Human Resource Management class for the upcoming Fall Quarter starting October 02, 2023. Our classes are on a 11-week quarter schedule.

Responsibilities And Requirements

• Experience teaching at a college level, preferably with adult learners
• Enhance the strength and effectiveness of the curriculum by infusing technology into it, to include videos and social media.
• Teach courses assigned from a pre-designed curriculum and utilize your professional expertise to provide high quality instruction
• Be available to students via email, phone, text and office hours to ensure students receive quality feedback in a timely manner to support their academic success
• Canva experience a plus
• Adhere to university policies and procedures
• 5 years of professional work experience in the field
• Utilize online learning platform (Blackboard) to enrich the student learning experience

Education Requirement

• Doctorate Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Development or any Doctorate degree with 27 doctorate quarter credit hours (18 semester credit hours) in Human Resources (Human Resource Analytics and Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, etc.).
• Doctorate Degree in a Business -related discipline w/ Master’s Degree with 27 graduate quarter credit hours (18 semester credit hours) in Human Resources Management or Human Resources Development.
• All degrees must be conferred and from an accredited institution to be considered

• Must be able to lift one (1) pound
• Mobility within the office, including movement from floor to floor
• Effectively communicate with all levels of the university
• Manage potentially stressful situations in a professional and ethical manner
