Job Description
Warren Haven Nursing Home is currently recruiting for an Activity Assistant to work in a beautiful 180 bed nursing home. This individual would work evenings, every other weekend and some holidays. The Activity Assistant will be responsible for bringing fulfillment and quality of life to our residents in the role and active member of our facility.


:


  • Participate in planning and implementing group and individual activities for the our residents
  • Transport residents to and from programs within the facility
  • Participate in discharge planning, development and implementation of activity care plans and resident assessments
  • Assist the director in developing, planning, organizing. Lead programs assigned by the Director
  • Escort residents on shopping / lunch trips


**Experience in long term care facility preferred but willing to train the right candidate**
