As the Accreditation Coordinator, you will work closely with teams and individuals, offering coaching and consultation to ensure ongoing adherence to accreditation and fidelity guidelines.

Your Responsibilities Include
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of processes to meet accreditation and fidelity requirements.
  • Collaborating with different departments to ensure strict adherence to accreditation and fidelity standards, acting as a vital liaison between administrative and program management staff.
  • Conducting training sessions related to fidelity and accreditation guidelines, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Tracking action items resulting from reviews and surveys, driving corrective actions and improvement plans.
  • Leading mock fidelity reviews and supporting accreditation surveys and reviews.
Qualifications We Seek
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Quality and Safety, Business) or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent supervisory and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in common office applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and web-based tools.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with a diverse workforce and maintain effective collaboration.
