Accounts Receivable Manager

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 6+ years of SAP customer maintenance experience, 6+ years of management experience, and familiarity with various Cash Application Platforms, including Highradius, BillTrust, and more.
Job Requirements:
  • Handle and manage AR aging reports, reconcile unapplied payments monthly
  • Manage staff of 4-5
  • Perform cash forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating AR staff members
  • Identifying and working with vendors to implement new cash application tools
  • Implement best practices, standard service level agreements, and KPI’s
  • Work hand in hand and support Regional Credit Departments to ensure the accuracy of payment applications
  • Manage ad hoc projects as needed
  • Use of analytical tools to uncover additional open payment on account opportunities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Credit Designation(s)
  • Familiarity with various Cash Application Platforms, including Highradius, BillTrust, and more.
  • 6+ years SAP Customer and Credit Master data creation and maintenance
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience with large, multi-branch corporation shared services environment
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service
  • 6+ years of Management experience
