Job Description

CE is currently recruiting for an Accounting/Inventory Control Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for processing repair orders, including billing charge codes, discounts and promotions. Additionally, you will perform shipping functions within Microsoft Dynamic AX resulting in pack slip and labels and assist with the inventory control function including cycle counts, moving product to the floor for bins, fulfilling finished goods orders and other general duties.


What You Will Do In The Position


  • Complete all required data entry prior to the end of the day.
  • Input repair, promotion, discount, and charge codes on completed Repair Orders.
  • Verify counts on all material coming into stock.
  • Bag and tag all parts in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Place parts in designated stocking location in accordance with First In First Out and standard procedures.
  • Process exchange equipment return paperwork dispositioning to inventory.
  • Fill existing shortages.
  • Issue parts to assembly, service work, and sales orders using work order picklists.
  • Administer and participate in cycle counts.
  • Issue parts to the requester from material transactions.
  • Process repair order shipping documents.

Pay Range: $16.00/hour - $18.85/hour. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
