Job Description
Automotive Dealership is seeking an Accounting/File Clerk. Clerks perform many organizational tasks to ensure the professionals they support have the most accurate documentation needed. Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining Supply Inventories
  • Answering phone calls as needed
  • Errands for company
  • Sorting, Delivering, Picking up and sending mail
  • Various entry level Accounting tasks as assigned
  • Labeling and updating files- Service and Accounting Departments
  • Organization and Placement of files in correct storage areas
Candidate MUST have valid Drivers License, 18 or older, Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
PART TIME with potential to develop into a Full Time position.
