Job Description
This family owned company is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of bookkeeping & financial tasks. This role will include accounts receivable, accounts payable, preparing reports in both accounting software and Microsoft excel.


Hours: Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Flexible)


Responsibilities To Include


Function in accordance with GAAP standards


Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.


Enter key data of financial transactions daily


Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.


Ideal Candidate Will Have


Proven accounting experience in AP & AR


Competency in Microsoft Office and accounting software


Hands on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports


Accuracy and diligence
