Stokes Toyota Hilton Head is now hiring an Accounting Clerk at our Bluffton location. The overview of this position is as follows but not limited:
Responsibilities:

• Record new and used vehicle purchases
• Balance statements
• Accounts Receivable-print monthly statements
• Disburse checks
• Processing daily deposits
• Post payables invoices daily
• Call vendors for outstanding receivables
• Reconcile statements
• Working with vehicle titles
• Prepare accounts for payments verify data in system
• Follow up on past due accounts
