Job Description

Berkeley Law & Technology Group, LLP is a law firm specializing in intellectual property for numerous Fortune 500 companies as well as other clients.Our team strives to deliver the highest quality work for our clients. We are looking for a part-time bookkeeper/accounting clerk with experience supporting an intellectual property law firm.


Candidate must have experience with bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.Key tasks include billing, accounts payable, reconciling accounts, general ledger postings, managing accounts receivable and assisting with general accounting tasks.Experience with Prolaw is a significant plus.Candidate must also have strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.


Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel), Adobe Acrobat required

4+ years prior related experience

Competitive compensation and above market bonus opportunity

Part-time (20 hours per week)

Hourly or as an independent contractor
