Requirements
Essential Job Functions

• Ensure compliance with government regulations
• Ensure that all manufacturer’s accounts are current and accurate
• Review deal paperwork for thoroughness and accuracy prior to processing
• Review and make a daily bank deposit for all dealership departments
• Help prepare semi-monthly payroll
• Compile information and prepare reports as requested by management
• Other duties as assigned
• Ensure that all accounting information has been accurately recorded by department personnel
• Assist the Corporate office with the day-to-day operations of the dealership’s general office
• Communicate with dealership personnel to resolve discrepancies and problems
• Reconcile and manage payments on select accounts on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule

Essential Job Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills and able to work as part of a team
• Applicant must be diligent, organized and extremely detail oriented
• Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule
• Knowledge of auto dealership accounting would be helpful but not necessary
• Must have proven work history that displays strong bookkeeping skills, solid knowledge of accounting practices required
• Immediate computer knowledge with MS Office including Excel, accuracy with 10 key pad and typing skills needed
