Accounting Clerk - Entry Level (Warrenville, Il)

TOX® PRESSOTECHNIK is a worldwide manufacturer of hydraulic press machines, pneumohydraulic cylinders, metal fastening systems, press systems and metal joining systems. We have production facilities and sales offices in all of the major markets. We are all on the same ERP system SAP. We have an immediate need for an entry level Accountant to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable and analyze spending trends
• Special projects and other duties as needed
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements for internal and external use within specific deadline
• Monthly reporting, analysis, and reconciliations
• Inventory control
• Prepare and analyze cost studies of our press systems.
• Assist with customer service/billing

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
• Demonstrated ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Degree in Accounting or Business
• Excellent analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet established deadlines

Experience:

• Some office experience preferred

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)
