Accounting Assistant Jobs

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting financial operations by performing accounting and office services related to preparing, analyzing, maintaining, and reviewing various financial records and reports. Work frequently involves internal and external communications.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Include the following, but other duties may be assigned.

• Observe and assist with monthly inventory counts and controls
• Periodically work with accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
• Assist with researching and resolving accounting issues and discrepancies
• Assist Controller in carrying out certain responsibilities as needed
• Assist with preparing daily deposits and petty cash needs
• Log and distribute all incoming resort mail and packages daily
• Prepare and maintain transponders for activation and renewals
