Job Description

Must Have:

  • Performs a variety of clerical bookkeeping and accounting tasks
  • Prepares and mails bills or statements or prepares lists of outstanding bills payable
  • May prepare summary sheets or other work papers for supervisor’s use in preparing comprehensive financial statements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D, and four or more years previous experience
  • Posts General Ledger, or Voucher Books of accounts from advanced supporting data by hand or machine
