Notes from manager: CPA required 8-10 years experience This person will be doing more review and reporting within this role and verifying accuracy. There will not be much accounting activity this candidate will need to complete. Blackline experience highly desired. Oversee and support accounting & reporting for major transactions for Philips. Oversee and support Sector & Group Functions for quarterly issue resolution. Review and document accounting topics and executive reporting on outcomes of accounting review & documentation. Review Philips group financial statements and press releases. Advice A&IC organization on improvement on quality of financial reporting. Report major findings to group controller & CFO, supports decision making. Deliver IFRS Training to the finance community; Owns IFRS training content. Monitor IASB standards & projects and translates business impact for Philips a including accounting manual, tools and infrastructure.
