Students will become familiar with a specific production technology/process based on the location as well as a general introduction to the plant working environment.

Technical Support - Provide engineering support to zone engineering teams responsible for the execution of efficiency and continuous improvement projects at various plant locations within a defined geographical area. Support zone reliability centers in the execution of major plant maintenance and installation of new equipment. Students will become familiar with one or more specific plant technologies (based on location) and existing operational efficiency models.

Project Engineer – Assist experienced project engineers and/or managers in the execution of small (<$2M), medium ($2M - $10M), or large (>$10M) projects. Includes interactions with vendors and customers, troubleshooting installations of new equipment, project cost estimation and oversight of maintenance and operational personnel. Students will become familiar with Air Liquide project management methodologies and reporting tools.
