CBRE Investment management invites you to apply for our 2023 analyst program! We are looking for motivated, graduating students willing to learn the business and make impactful contributions.

The Experience
  • A 2-year entry-level analyst program beginning in July 2023
  • Robust Feedback and Performance Management
  • Foundational training through our immersive and impactful Investment Analyst Program (IAP)
  • Exposure to and engagement with senior leadership
  • Opportunity for advancement post program based on business need and performance
  • During your onboarding, you will be assigned a mentor to guide you along the way

Minimum Qualifications
  • Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Strong work ethic and ambition
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite: Word, PowerPoint Excel, Outlook
  • Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion
  • Flexible approach to work and willingness/ability to travel
  • Accurate under time pressure and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Currently a senior pursuing your undergraduate degree, or will graduate from your undergraduate program between December 2022 and June 2023
  • Enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team with good interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous internship or experience in Real Estate Investments
  • Financial modelling skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Argus exposure preferred)

CBRE IM carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE IM’s applicable benefit program.
