This internship will join a team of Security Analysts supporting operations across the country. The person in this role will have the opportunity to join multiple projects with different business teams and get exposure to a mix of technical and business processes. This role also participates in the implementation of performance improvement initiatives and projects to support the efficient operation of the business.

• Position will be hybrid with some remote project work with in-person events in St. Paul
• Internships will be full-time: Monday, June 12th through Friday, August 18th
• $20/hour

• Conduct analysis of log files, evidence, and other information to determine best methods for identifying the anatomy of the incident.
• Partner with other support teams and vendors to resolve problems or implement new products and services.
• Participate in vulnerability scans and assessments of organization information systems.
• Recommends security controls and/or corrective actions for mitigating technical and business risk.
• Research emerging threats and vulnerabilities to aid in the identification of network incidents.
• Provide technical summary of findings.
• Participate in the day-to-day cyber security operational activities.
• Conduct monitoring, analyze, and respond to alerts from security systems.

• Ability to analyze digital data and think outside the box as an investigator.
• 2024 graduation date (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills.
• 21 or older.
• Current College Student pursuing related major: Computer Science, Cyber Security, Networking, Infrastructure
• Broad technical background covering IT computing environments – Windows, Linux, SQL, Data Centers, Networks, Azure, AWS, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of digital forensics, network defense strategies and techniques.
• Must have completed junior year before the start of the program.
