JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various teams for project planning and execution
• Evaluate assigned IT projects to determine application of industry best practices, assess project risks, and identify recommendations to optimize project performance
• Liaise between various business departments and groups
• Manage the expectations of senior-level customers and facilitate presentations/briefings as needed
• Document and/or analyze requirements
• Ensure all efforts align with the DHS SELC
• Apply consultative, and technical expertise in fulfillment of contract deliverables
• Conduct reviews and assessments of planning, requirements, design, construction, testing, and implementation deliverables
• Identify security gaps and assess vulnerabilities that could impact the organization’s assets
• Support and participate in meeting pertaining to IRR.
• Generate and maintain project documentation such as project plans and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• Team player that works well in both collaborative situations and self-starter environments
• Hands-on experience with any of the following types of technologies: Forescout, Tenable, Axonius
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable verbally, in writing, and in network diagrams/illustrations.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Professional Services at a cybersecurity vendor, SOC/IR experience, or a combination of the two
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with industry cybersecurity tools to gather and review data and mitigate vulnerabilities
