Job Description


Excellent Opportunity with Onin Staffing: 1 st Shift Mechanical Shop Helper - Teammate-To-Hire!


  • $5 prescriptions and free teledoc
  • Weekly Pay – 1 st shift (8:00am-4:30pm)
  • Starting Pay $16.50 (that’s a minimum of $660 per week, before overtime)
  • Affordable benefits including $5 copays at the doctor


What You’ll Do As a Mechanical Shop Helper


  • Assembly work on parts as directed
  • Identify and tag completed parts
  • Operate drill press, manual mill, and lathe
  • Smooth rough edges using sanders or handheld grinder


The Preferred Candidate Might Have


  • May need to climb, lift, bend, and carry light to moderate loads
  • A mechanical aptitude, handy with pneumatic tools, hand and torque wrenches
  • Keep work area clean and organized daily
