PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete work with accuracy and efficiency
• May be required to frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of safe work practices
• One year of production experience or similar in carpentry or fast paced, detail-oriented environment is preferred
• Two to three years of work experience
• The nature of all production positions is repetitive motions for extended periods of time.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees in this position. • May be required to work a flexible schedule
• Production workers must be able to understand instructions whether they are written or verbal, and follow said instructions
• Math skills
• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to work in a team environment PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Hand dexterity and strength
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English
• Overtime is required, including weekends
