Word Processing Specialist Jobs

File storage and management both digital and hard copies

Advance skills in Microsoft Office

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Redlining documents, proof reading, preparing forms

Producing a large volume of documents for transactions

Corresponding with clients and other attorneys

Accurate typing/data entry skills; minimum 60 wpm.

2-3 years of related experience.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.

Knowledge of AdobePro Photoshop preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Act with integrity in everything we do.

Assists in training new employees through the demonstration and application of workers' compensation word processing and file management procedures.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Prepares letters, reports and other correspondence/documents from transcription dictation, rough draft, or electronic file so that timeliness and accuracy are maintained.

Completes special assignments/projects so that the standards of quality, timeliness and availability are met, and policies adhered to.

Completes other duties or special projects as assigned by the Workers' Compensation Commissioner or Assistant Workers' Compensation Commissioner

Complies with established Agency policies so that the Agency may operate in an orderly and efficient manner.
