One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hairdresser, transportation, etc.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required.

Ability to read a map and place signs at predetermined locations on the map.

Aptitude at using a hammer to assemble 24 X 48 corrugated signs to a wooden pole.

Use a rubber mallet to hammer signs in the ground.

Answer telephone in a pleasant clear voice, using proper English. Screen or transfer calls, taking and delivering messages when appropriate.

Receipt all monies for the General Account and the Patient Trust Fund Account in their respective receipt books.
