4. Manage seasonal working, merchandising file and help VP of Design and Senior Director with tracking seasonal storytelling and material stories.

Experience working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities

3. Assist Design team in making sure material developments are moving forward throughout the season and help keep track coordinate developments

Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience.

Expert technical writing and editing skills, preferred in technical design and construction criteria noted above.

Skill at resolving problems and conditions affecting the quality, scheduling, budgeting, or progress of work performed in completing projects.

Participates in project meetings and conferences and supporting the technical experts as appropriate.

Coordinates and assists in the development of presentations, special reports, publications, and other projects related to technical documents.

Proficiency in the use of online collaboration tools, data sharing and reporting, g., Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Power BI.

Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

Assist in researching and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure that all aspects of travel are being coordinated effectively

Manages the daily events of clients on property

At least one year of experience working in a hospitality sales setting preferred, but not required

DELPHI software experience preferred, but not required

Support // Assists Lead and Associate Designers with all assigned design projects, including all listed under the designer’s responsibilities

Sketchup // Demonstrates knowledge, growth, and opportunities while assisting with Sketchup edits

Purchasing // Will assist in purchasing and procurement requests for design projects, and manage order tracking.

Training and knowledge are shared as opportunities arise.

Decision Making // Consults with supervisor/manager and fully complies with the Company’s policies and SOP’s.

Knowledge of GSuite Software Products, Slack, Ivy, etc.

Must be knowledgeable of computers, excel and word. STS experience preferred.

Two years relative experience required.

Must have excellent organization and communication skills.

Pay will be based on qualified experience for the position.

Coordinate and plan upcoming weddings, receptions, and related events

Understand and respond to the client’s needs and requests in a timely, professional manner and with a sense of urgency

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, time management

Must posses exceptional verbal, written communication skills as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office

Must have or be willing to obtain Responsible Beverage Service of Alcohol certification and ServSafe Manager Food Handler’s certification

Minimum of 2 years previous event coordination and execution experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industries

Must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple events at once, while providing positive and exceptional service
