Maintaining valet operations according to policy and procedure

Knowledge of Conservancy fire management Standard Operating Procedure, requirements and guidelines.

Knowledge of ecological land management principles.

Knowledge of current trends and practices in fire management, conservation, land management and natural resource preservation.

Oral and written communication skills experience.

Multi-lingual skills and multicultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated.

Conservation and fire management objectives.

Negotiate with vendors, order supplies, manage inventories and budgets.

3+ years of high-end Bar/Restaurant experience

Must have a current beverage manager’s license or be able to obtain one

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communications skills required

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills

10 years of experience working in partnerships, management consulting, business strategy, or other executive management roles

Master's degree in Real Estate, Business Management, or Finance

Experience in executive communications, including deck writing or other executive investment presentations

Experience developing and managing teams at scale

Experience working on infrastructure intensive real estate

Manage and develop a small team of direct reports.

Own Gross Profit of the location through proper parts and labor margins as well as inventory management

In depth knowledge of automotive industry and service experience

Ensure workflow is managed timely

Manage inventory and building supplies and resources

Understand, and track production and sales

Develop, implement and communicate a production plan based on capacities

2+ Years of supervisory or management experience required.

Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements that are outlined within the contractual agreement between TransWest and our clients.

Ensure the successful day-to-day operations of all valet services at assigned locations and events.

Hold regular meetings with your team, both individual and in group settings to reiterate safety and service expectations.

Maintain the daily systems needed for successful operation at valet locations, including equipment, tickets, audit sheets and signage.

Identify high potential Team Members to support the organization’s continued growth and individual Team Member development.
