Build effective relationships with employees and provide seamless HR support to line management

Work with line management team to determine departmental needs and execute accordingly

Lead, leverage and improve HR processes within the business (Performance Management, Salary Planning/Reward Management, Succession Planning and Talent Management), cross-functional communication

Ensure a dynamic pipeline of talent through rigorous performance management, coaching and development of employees, candid and timely performance feedback

Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the HR Region

Strong program and project management skills

Experience with developing digital sales and service growth strategy and transformation

Strong Google slides experience building visually appealing slides

Strong Google sheets experience manipulating data and building models/ analysis

Strong communication and collaboration skills across functional team

Manage shared folders and documentation
