One (1) to three (3) years clerical experience in a medical setting with computer experience.

Use in-depth knowledge of computers, printers and fax

Utilize good telephone technique and communication skills

Independently organize and manage time effectively, setting appropriate priorities; and complies with OSHA standards.

Initiates phone calls as required. Utilizes customer service skills and professionalism in all communications.
