Overview A Stew Deck Hand is a member of the deck crew on a boat or yacht. They are responsible for providing hospitality services to passengers and crew, as well as performing general maintenance and cleaning duties. Detailed Job Description The Stew Deck Hand is responsible for providing hospitality services to passengers and crew on board a boat or yacht. This includes preparing and serving meals, cleaning cabins and common areas, and stocking supplies. They are also responsible for performing general maintenance and cleaning duties, such as scrubbing decks, polishing brass, and waxing surfaces. They may also be responsible for helping to launch and retrieve tenders, and helping to secure the boat when docking. Job Skills Required

• Knowledge of basic maintenance and cleaning duties
