Service Business Development Coordinator Jobs

Any previous experience in business management or sales is welcome

BSc or BA degree in Business Management or another relevant area; MSc or MA degree will be a bonus

Oversee and manage the work of employees, providing feedback and consulting to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Significant experience with research methods and data analysis techniques

Good practical experience with MS Office, databases, and information systems

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management

At least one previous role based in customer service experience

Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments

Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates

Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources

Present initial options based on customer needs

Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management

At least one previous role based in customer service experience

Data base user interface and query software o Data entry software

Explain products or services and prices and demonstrate use of products.

Circulate among potential customers or travel by foot, truck, automobile, or bicycle to deliver or sell merchandise or services.

Persuade customers to purchase merchandise or services.
