Senior Manager External Manufacturing Operations Jobs

10+ years Manufacturing Operations experience in a leading teams, including areas of focus such as capsules, tablets, and packaging.

Business unit experience with emphasis on product costing and inventory management at a global semiconductor company.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (or equivalent experience). MBA and/or advanced Accounting or Finance a plus.

Advanced proficiency with excel. Experience with SAP, Power BI, Tableau or other finance applications or visualization tools a plus.

Advanced technology skills and experience with visualization tools a plus, SQL, Power BI, Tableau.

General understanding of inventory manufacturing, supply chain and operational flows and processes. Semiconductor experience a plus.

Experience in redefining systems and processes, with the ability to influence within all levels of company.

The primary responsibilities of this role, North America External Manufacturing Operations Project Manager III, are to:

Hands on experienced individual with a balance of technical, business, and leadership competencies;

Experience managing a team of direct reports is preferred;

Implementing operating manufacturing systems that are technically sound, promote effective and efficient operations, and comply with cGMP requirements.

Demonstrated track record supporting commercial licensure of CAR T products. International experience preferred.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles required.

Advanced understanding and experience with CAR T manufacturing including cell culture, cryopreservation, purification, filling, and aseptic processing.

Experience with reviewing and approving SOPs, Batch Records, Change Controls, deviations and CAPAs.

Strong background in training and compliance with demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate to meet business requirements.

10+ years of experience in production management, preferably in Consumer Packaging Goods environment

Master's degree in Business, Industrial Management, Production Management, or related field

Manage on-going activities at external manufacturers and serve as the primary point of contact for production activities

Monitor and analyze supplier processes to ensure adherence to specifications and written requirements, and collaborate to deliver improvements

Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering teamwork
