Senior Loan Processor Jobs

Reviews preliminary drafts as needed to verify accuracy and ensures final documents uploaded properly into proprietary document exchange and management systems.

Prepares and reviews loan authorization packages for submission to underwriters and management.

Transmits loan information and documentation to servicing, asset management, and other departments as needed.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under challenging time frames.

Performs data entry and quality control checks to ensure data integrity to meet strict delivery deadlines.

A minimum of 3 years of Commercial lending experience. COMMERCIAL LENDING EXPERIENCE IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED!

Maintain knowledge of bank loan services, policies and procedures

Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent.

Setup loan files, and maintain accurate log with all relevant dates

Orders, tracks and receives various exhibits such as title searches and real estate valuations/appraisals

Processes credit applications including credit bureau analysis, loan to value and debt to income calculations

Keeps abreast of federal laws and regulations and bank policy regarding consumer credit

Correspond with Bank clients at the direction of Loan Officers or Bank Management.

Actively participate in training programs to maintain and acquire additional job knowledge and skills.

Experience with bank loan and deposit systems.

Strong organizational and problem solving skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to meet bonding requirements for employment purposes.

This is an in-office position (remote is not offered for this position).

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Consumer compliance knowledge and/or experience preferred.

Manage pipeline and be team liaison.

Perform, Manage and fulfill all duties and scope of work.

Analyzes, structure, and review all documents client provides for the successful home loan closing.This includes income, assets, liabilities, AUS findings etc.
