Must have experience working with internal stakeholders such as HR, Information Security, finance and to incorporate their comments into the document

Reviewing, drafting and negotiating inbound and outbound procurement, sales and revenue generating agreements.

Reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex IT Services and Outsourcing Agreements including: Master Outsourcing Agreements,

Professional Services Agreements, Bids and RFPs, Statements of Work, subcontracting agreements, software licensing, reseller agreements, NDAs, and SOWs.

10 years’ post qualification experience with recent experience in digital areas of contract law.

He/she should have experience with multi- jurisdictional transactions and software contracting is essential.

Advanced knowledge and desire to continue to building knowledge in the digital contracts space.
