Valid Texas Mid-Management or Principal Certification

Minimum of 2 years of work experience in area of management, leadership development, group facilitation, training and training design

Valid Teaching Certification Issued by Texas Education Agency appropriate to subject and grade level of assignment

Certifications or experience with 360° assessment learning and Executive Coaching

Establish systems and facilitate structures that align leadership development opportunities for campus personnel to the Leadership Experience Framework

Research and stay abreast of best educational practices to support alignment with District goals and objectives
