Salt Manager Jobs

Advanced understanding of professional cooking, knife handling skills.

1+ of cooking, prep or cutting meat/butcher experience preferred.

Trim, rub, slice, and smoke meats.

Cook properly all food items within established time standards and follow all standardized recipes.

Calculate and write production levels and pars.

Operate and check smokers for proper settings, functionality, and temperatures.

Work closely with Regional Sales Manager and Leadership team to ensure streamlined communication is received

Minimum of 4 years of sales experience within the Beverage and Distributor Sales Environment

Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).

Experience selling in diverse sales channels / environments (Natural & Specialtychains, Independents, Café, Transportation)

Excellent presentation skills. Both written & verbal

Designs and produces marketing signs and promotional material as requested by management.

Loads paper and ink based on sign and type needed for each individual project.

Efficiently uses materials to minimize waste of equipment time and required materials.

Seeks approval with appropriate contact before initiating printing phase.

Orders and maintains supplies needed to produce signs following established processes for purchase orders and accounts payables.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent education and experience

Working knowledge of US and international income tax compliance, including preparation of forms 5471, 8858, 8865

Strong technical working knowledge of corporate taxation in complex multi-jurisdictional corporation

Strong accounting and analytical skills

Strong computer and systems skills - Tax software (preferably Corptax), Excel, Word, Alteryx, SAP, OneStream, Power Pivot, Power Query

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

5+ years of prior experience in state and local/multistate experience

Prior experience supervising tax professionals on a project or engagement basis

Prior experience preparing and/or reviewing tax provisions preferred

Prior experience with corporate taxation, consolidations and partnerships preferred

CPA certification or other relevant certification preferred

Assist in the management of a growing sales & use tax compliance practice across multiple offices

Manage and develop colleague and community relationships

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance for closely related field from accredited college or university

5-8+ years of related experience sales and use tax compliance, sales tax consulting or tax audit background

This position has the ability to work remote

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and tax research tools
