• Manage a team of over 20 with 7 direct reports and counting, located globally

• Define and build company-wide solutions offerings in line with consulting objectives

• Proven experience in scaling a BU to $10M and then to $20M

• Lead strategy, business development and delivery of all business consulting services across markets and regions

• Drive the consulting-led model across the company

Engage with Project Management Office (PMO) to develop periodic revenue and profitability metrics for the practice area.

Experience in government contracting, managing and building relationships with federal clients; demonstrated ability to effectively manage subcontractors and partnership relationships.

Program management, technical assistance, training, and/or organization development for children & families related programs

Leverage experience in proposal development. Engage in activities, including, but not limited to:

Applying technical experience to develop implementation plans inclusive of level of effort for tasks and activities.
