Rn Private Duty Nursing Homecare Jobs

Attends case conferences, team meetings and education in-services, as required

One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

One Year Prior Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Experience Preferred.

Patient with Developmental Delay, Seizure Precautions, O2, Transferring, Pulse

Provides age and culturally appropriate care to patient

Consults and coordinates with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans

Helps patients to be comfortable within their homes.

Prepares and administers and records prescribed medications. Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments

Performs other position-related duties as assigned, depending on assignment setting

Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or geriatric patients in the home setting

RN, home health or Private Duty Nursing experience preferred

Pediatric, Trach, and Vent experience preferred

Paid Training and Free Yearly Courses, which may be applied to the Illinois Board of Nursing’s CE Requirements
