Pricing Data Analyst Internship Jobs

Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends or patterns, and support reporting requirements

A minimum of 3+ years’ of CURRENT experience in pricing and data analytics with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Strong analytical skills, and can present complex analytical concepts and results, in a simple and understandable manner to direct team members

Experience with business intelligence tools such as Business Objects, PowerBI, QlikView, or Tableau

Experience with T-SQL is a plus

Drive price realization through engagement with the Price Council members, process improvements, and identified strategic initiatives

Skills & Abilities You'll Need to Succeed

Experience in data analysis and reporting, primarily using SQL and/or Cognos tools

Perform data analysis related to operations processes and performance

Develop operational reports to support operational functions

Develop dashboards or other products to provide insights and actionable information for leadership

Learn the practical application of data analysis and reporting tools and techniques in a business environment

Creating visualizations and reports that effectively communicate data analysis findings to stakeholders, such as management and other teams.

Experience using software (SAS or SQL or R)

Collecting, processing, and analyzing large sets of data using statistical and analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Checking and verifying the accuracy and integrity of data analysis results to ensure that data meets quality standards.

Cleaning and transforming data to ensure its accuracy and consistency.

Conducting statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights in the data.

Building dashboards that help identify trends in our users’ experiences.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.

Experience working with SQL and SQL reporting.

Possess good critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.

Students majoring in Data Analytics or similar majors.

Rising seniors and/or rising juniors only.

Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc) a plus

Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst

Skilled in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

Maintains various computer applications, manages databases, generates reports, and tracking spreadsheets.

Evaluating test results and offering recommendations

Knowledge in SQL, R, Python, SAS or other statistical programming languages (none are required, all are helpful)

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
