Knowledge and experience in complex construction project management, including development, budgeting, execution, and quality assurance.

Knowledge of project management best practices.

Knowledge of effective management practices, including team building, personnel supervision, training, and performance evaluation.

Four years of experience in capital plan development and management or directly related field, and

Three years of supervisory experience in public construction management, and

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Knowledge of project management, buyout and contracts

Generate mitigation options and assist site management to formulate mitigation plans to correct scheduling problems on a project

Strong organization and delegation skills as well as the ability to manage the work of others

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent field

Experience as a project manager or superintendent is desirable

Advanced knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices and company software
