Provides recommendations to the Executive Director on department goals, objectives, as well as on the annual budget and financial planning.
Evaluates department and Work and Life Matters' policies, procedures, practices and needs through data and trend analysis to make organizational recommendations.
Oversees the marketing of department and program services, intranet content and/or other department/program marketing materials.
