Overview Part Time Associate Recruiter is responsible for recruiting and hiring qualified candidates for part-time positions. They are responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, as well as managing the onboarding process. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the recruitment process. Detailed Job Description Part Time Associate Recruiter is responsible for recruiting and hiring qualified candidates for part-time positions. They will source, screen, and interview potential candidates, as well as manage the onboarding process. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
