Overview Nursing Care Partners (NCPs) are healthcare professionals who provide direct patient care in a variety of settings. They work closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. NCPs are responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring patient progress, and providing support to patients and their families. Detailed Job Description Nursing Care Partners are responsible for providing direct patient care in a variety of settings. They work closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. NCPs are responsible for assessing patient needs, providing direct patient care, monitoring patient progress, and providing support to patients and their families.
