Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or related associates degree with experience; or equivalent experience

Knowledge of Honda NM Sales, Engineering, and Design/Development (SED) flow, how to mature car design

OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER certification is a plus

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent financial services/sales related experience

Excellent listening skills with a natural inclination to focus on Advisor needs coupled with strong presentation and interpersonal skills

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a product development environment.

Hands on experience in narrowing product scope and facilitating cross functional decisions on complex products.
