Support and maintain classroom policies.

Tutor individual students, reinforcing instruction as directed by the teacher.

Provide support to the teacher by distributing and collecting paper and supplies.

Assist students by providing proper examples, emotional support, a friendly attitude and general guidance.

Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards

Group care experience preferred, but willing to invest and train passionate individuals

Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.

Minimum education-High School/GED. College in a relevant field preferred.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Educators with experience working with infants/toddlers is preferrable.

Establish classroom management utilizing positive coaching.

Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or equivalent professional experience.

AMI or AMS certification not required- Willingness to receive Montessori training and coaching during the 2023 summer and 2023-2024 school year.

Knowledgeable about Montessori philosophy and materials.

Prior experience with 5-9 year olds.

Has experience working with children (highly preferred) and a passion for working with ages 18 months to 3 years
