Manufacturing Operations Excellence Manager Jobs

Seven or more years manufacturing experience in a management capacity.

Strong written and oral communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Achieve organizational goals, both Pillar and “Must-Win-Battles” through efficient and strategic use of resources and capacities.

Responsible for the efficiency of the entire operation to include the asphalt plant, production lines, maintenance/facilities and WCM.

Review plant-operating practices insuring that safety, quality, and production standards are maintained/enhanced.

Assure appropriate working climate by maintaining proper discipline, morale and employee relations.

5+ years of experience in hands-on operational roles in supply chain management in a large consumer goods organization

3+ years of experience in leadership roles responsible for leading operations management/professional level people

Strong experience with change management and influencing organizational culture change

Provide project management and leadership necessary to implement pilots and the ongoing rollout of new continuous improvement plans

Provide change management leadership to ensure we achieve and sustain our targeted performance levels

Share process replication opportunities and best practices with other Reyes Holdings facilities to assist them in developing their own capabilities
