They must also maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas. This includes sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down counters and tables, and emptying trash cans. The Kitchen Dishwasher Utility may also be responsible for stocking supplies and cleaning up spills. Job Skills Required
