Support Project Managers and project teams with the development of site critical issues analyses, due diligence, and siting and routing studies.

Support Project Managers with project schedules and tracking of budgets and deliverables.

2-10+ years of demonstrated work experience performing similar tasks.

Prior environmental consulting experience strongly preferred.

3+ years of experience in support to military headquarters in Program Financial Management

Experience in developing and coordinating government reports and responses

Experience in business and accounting processes and policy

Knowledge of analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to measure and improve program effectiveness and productivity

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite O365, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of pertinent laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to joint training programs and related resources

Knowledge of federal, California, and local environmental regulatory compliance;

Bachelor’s degree in planning or related field (Environmental Studies, English, Geography, Biology, Geology, Environmental Science);

Comfortable with writing large and small documents;

Ability to work in a team environment and independently;

Pay Range: $28/hr. – $40/hr., DOE

Knowledge of USMC Environmental Management System (EMS).

Hazardous waste management and inspections.

Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage time and project resources.

Ability to work in a remote environment under a variety of weather conditions as needed.

Remote work with travel to various USACE and Marine Corps facilities.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Strong research, analysis, and reporting abilities.

Capability to manage large data sets.

Familiarity and experience with permitting and CEQA/NEPA.

Self-directed, excellent attention to detail and quality review of work.
