Requirement: Previous years of janitor or housekeeping and management experience. GMP experience is preferred.

Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.

2 years Janitorial leadership experience

3+ years of commercial janitorial experience

To manage, train, supervise and motivate janitorial staff, ensuring their development

Responsible for participating in continuous training: cGMP training, technical skills, safety, performance improvement.

Normal responsibilities include detail document control (using Good Manufacturing Practices).

Perform cleaning operations under strict guidelines. Continually monitor the cleanroom cleaning procedures to ensuring all cleanings are completed promptly and correctly.

Normal duties include but are not limited to micro-cleaning all surfaces within the controlled environment including ceilings, walls, equipment and floors.

Provide an environment that will allow subordinates to grow and develop skills for future advancement.

Provide support and leadership in special projects/initiatives as directed by the Branch Manager.

Maintains financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, billing, receivables, and purchasing for customers in the assigned project.

Aggressively seeks new tag sales opportunities.

Maintains all customer contract specifications and responds to customer issues, including inspections.

Approves all job based payroll budgets for the project (s).
