Human Resources Analyst – Contractor Jobs

Work with management to develop quarterly reforecast targets.

Ability to comfortably work with Senior level management (VP’s and Site Leaders)

Experience should include reporting responsibilities and analytical projects

Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or economics

5 -7 years of financial planning and analysis experience in a large growth company

Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; PowerPivot and/or Access skills a plus

• Attend regular meetings with management regarding benchmarking and reporting on individual entity policies, activity, and costs.

• Knowledge of HRIS systems, PeopleSoft, Workday experience preferred

Background in education or in edtech, or other fields with significant privacy, security, and compliance requirements

2+ years of experience in a data science/analyst role; or related experience

Superb communication skills in writing and conversation, especially with non-technical partners

Strong analytical background and experience driving self-directed projects

Experience working with a cloud-based data warehousing and analytics stack (Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, AWS, Fivetran)

Experience building reports and analyzing data from company software, e.g., Netsuite, Hubspot, Salesforce etc.
