The Hotel Guest Service Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring that all hotel policies and procedures are followed. Detailed Job Description The Hotel Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the front desk staff and providing excellent customer service to all guests. This includes greeting guests upon arrival, answering questions, providing information about the hotel and its services, and resolving any guest complaints or issues. The Hotel Guest Service Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring that all hotel policies and procedures are followed, such as check-in and check-out times, room rates, and housekeeping services. The Hotel Guest Service Supervisor is also responsible for training and supervising front desk staff, as well as monitoring their performance. Job Skills Required
